Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 57 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry is required, with a preference for a background in construction consultancy.
• Applicants should have proven experience leading cost management on complex projects such as data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• RICS accreditation or progress toward chartership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, estimating, and manage change control and contingency strategies.
