• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations related to station site lighting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements and specifications with emphasis on station site lighting to prepare cost estimates.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and contractors to gather information for station lighting projects.
• Evaluate bids from subcontractors and vendors for station lighting components to determine best cost options.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in station site lighting design without sacrificing quality.
• Present cost estimates for station site lighting projects to management and clients in a clear, professional manner.
• Update and maintain a cost database for station site lighting projects for future reference.
