Job summary

Eis Group USA is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator to prepare accurate project cost estimates, manage budgets, and support planning and financial decision-making. The role allows remote, hybrid, or onsite work in the United States.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering or related field and at least two years of cost-estimation experience, with strong Excel and estimating software skills to analyze bids and forecast costs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant cost-estimation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and project expenses.

• Analyze vendor quotations and subcontractor bids.
• Develop budgets, cost forecasts, and estimation reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential financial risks.
