Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to prepare accurate project cost estimates, manage budgets, analyze expenses, and support project planning and financial decision-making. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment, reviewing plans, analyzing vendor bids, and developing budgets, forecasts, and estimation reports.

Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite work options are available in the United States; candidates must reside in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• At least two years of cost-estimation experience is required.
• Proficiency in Excel and estimating software is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and project expenses.
• Review project plans, specifications, and technical documents.
• Analyze vendor quotations and subcontractor bids.
• Develop budgets, cost forecasts, and estimation reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential financial risks.
