This full-time role offers a hybrid work arrangement with remote and onsite options in the United States. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2+ years of estimation experience, and strong Excel and estimating software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of cost-estimation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and project expenses.
• Review project plans, specifications, and technical documents.
• Analyze vendor quotations and subcontractor bids.
• Develop budgets, cost forecasts, and estimation reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential financial risks.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
