Oracle in Wisconsin seeks a senior cost estimating and project controls expert to drive cost governance across multiple projects. You will lead forecasting, risk assessments, and executive cost reporting, interfacing with procurement and construction teams to ensure accurate cost visibility.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision support, and maintaining standardized estimation methods across scopes.

Qualifications

• Senior-level cost estimating and project controls experience.
• Expertise in conceptual, budgetary, detailed, parametric, and quantity-based estimating methods.
• Strong ability to manage external QS firms and cost consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost forecasting, trend analysis, variance analysis, and escalation analysis.
• Perform bid leveling, proposal validation, and contractor pricing reviews.
• Prepare Basis of Estimate packages and cost governance dashboards.
• Support change orders, cost negotiations, and cost-related decision support.
