Extension, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator for a Direct Hire opportunity in the Greater Milwaukee Area.

The role focuses on developing cost estimates and quotes from customer drawings and specifications, evaluating materials and labor, and collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to support custom product development. Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing estimating, engineering, CNC, production, or costing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Excel proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Estimating, CAD, CNC, or custom manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates and quotes from customer drawings/specifications.
• Evaluate materials, labor, and manufacturing requirements.
• Work with customers and internal Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
• Support custom product development and estimating improvements.
