Alpha Corporation is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator to lead cost estimating across Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects. You will manage estimates from conceptual through final documents, using historical data and value analysis to drive cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cost estimating.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment for multiple clients with different estimating needs.
• Develop SOPs/templates for various clients and contracts.
• Independently prepare estimates from plans, reports, and documents from conceptual stage to final design/construction.
• Develop/conduct conceptual estimates from limited design documents.
• Collect and maintain historical cost data to improve estimate accuracy.
• Conduct value analysis, life cycle costing, constructability analysis, cost modeling, and alternatives analysis.
• Conduct regional market analysis, define work scope, and integrate scheduling for projects across the continental U.S.
• Assist project management with scope, budget, and schedule management.
• Participate in and facilitate group meetings.
