Job summary

Pacific Pros is seeking a Senior Cost Engineer (Level III) to serve as a representative for Los Angeles World Airport (LAWA) and to develop cost data for the LAMP Program. The role requires expertise in monitoring budgets, analyzing expenditures, and preparing detailed cost reports for complex, multi-phase projects.

The position is based in Los Angeles, on-site, and offers a salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cost engineering experience on construction projects, preferably aviation.
• Experience leading a team of cost engineers.
• Experience managing cost components for large-scale, multi-phase projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor budgets for the multi-billion-dollar Capital Improvement Program at LAWA.
• Review sub-contractor invoices and allocate expenditures to SOV accounts.
• Prepare cost reports and ensure consistent allocation across WBS numbers.
