Job summary

PC Construction is seeking a Senior Cost Engineer with deep expertise in job cost and project management financial functions. The candidate will act as a power user and functional leader for ERP and project management systems, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of five years in financial, business, and project management roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in construction finance or related field.
• 5 years of relevant financial, business and project management experience.
• Strong decision-making, partnership-building, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve change management processes and procedures.
• Set up contract change PCI markup rules per company standards.
• Deliver training and support to project teams in change management and PCIs.
• Review and post contract PCIs and Owner change orders.
• Create queries and reports in system analytics tools.
• Assist Project Managers in estimates-to-complete analyses and forecasts.
• Participate in monthly project review meetings.
• Set up billing defaults for projects in the billing system.
• Lead meetings with project teams and Owner reps to define billing formats.
