Nexus Engineering Group in Cleveland is seeking a Lead Cost Engineer to guide cost management for a major capital power project. This senior role requires establishing, tracking, and reporting the project's cost position across all phases.

You will lead cost control, forecasting, earned value management, and support for change management while coordinating with project management, scheduling, procurement, and construction teams to ensure total cost integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost engineering activities including cost control, forecasting, earned value management, and support change management.
• Work with Project Management, Scheduling, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure full integration of cost with project execution.
• Establish, manage, and report the project’s cost position across all phases of execution.
• Operate within a complex EPC/EPCm environment, managing multiple stakeholders and providing clear, accurate cost visibility to internal and client leadership teams.
