Job summary

PEMEX Deer Park is seeking a Project Controls Supervisor (Cost) to lead the cost-control function across capital projects, non-routine maintenance, and turnarounds. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, commitments, accruals, and cost reporting, ensuring alignment with scope and funding.

You will develop the cost team, partner with project managers and finance, and drive governance, data quality, and timely business decisions, with a hybrid on-site schedule in Deer Park, Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive project controls or cost-control experience.
• 3+ years of formal or demonstrated team leadership.
• Proficiency with SAP, Primavera P6, and project-control systems.
• Advanced Excel and data- visualization skills (Power BI, dashboards).

Responsibilities

• Lead the cost-control function across capital projects, non-routine maintenance, and turnarounds.
• Develop and mentor Cost Engineers, Analysts, and Administrators.
• Review forecasts, budgets, and cost reports; ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and project leaders to manage cost risks.
