Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor's degree with six or more years of relevant Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling experience.
• Alternative: eight years of relevant Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling experience without a four-year degree.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, MVR).

Responsibilities

• Lead cost control function for a project, ensuring baseline cost deliverables.
• Lead monthly/quarterly cost reports and quantity management reporting.
• Guide less experienced project controls personnel and supervise project teams as needed.
• Facilitate risk and change management discussions with the project team.
