Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of cost accounting or public program financial management experience.
• Ability to track and reconcile project costs, budgets, encumbrances, and expenditures across multiple projects and funding sources.
• Experience developing and implementing rebate, reimbursement, grant, or incentive programs.
• Ability to design internal controls to keep the program audit-ready.
• Prepare clear financial reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for management.

Responsibilities

• Track, reconcile, and monitor project budgets, commitments, encumbrances, expenditures, and forecasts across multiple capital projects and funding sources.
• Establish and maintain cost codes, job cost structures, and financial tracking procedures.
• Monitor project expenditures to ensure accurate capture and reporting.
• Provide timely financial analysis, budget status updates, cost forecasts, and variance reports.
• Review financial transactions for accuracy and compliance; assist with budgeting and funding allocation.
