Job summary

Revvity’s Euroimmun unit in the US, Mountain Lakes, NJ, seeks a Senior Cost and Inventory Accountant to own inventory and cost accounting for the US entity. This hybrid role involves partnering with Manufacturing and cross-functional teams to drive accurate reporting and cost control.

You will lead month-end close, standard costing, cycle counts, and SOX controls, with opportunities to influence site performance and forecasting in a global biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

• 1–2 years in financial planning and analysis.

This hybrid role partners closely with Manufacturing and other cross-functional teams to support controls, standard costing, variance analysis, and forecasting for site performance.**What's in it for you*** Experience personalized career journeys with growth-oriented development opportunities.* Engage in purpose-driven work that makes a positive impact on society.* Be part of a values-driven culture that fosters inclusivity and innovation.* Placeholder for local benefits### **Your Superpowers in Action*** Own inventory accounting operations, including month-end close, reconciliation support, and journal entries for accurate reporting.* Lead standard costing and variance analysis, including labor/overhead rate planning, excess and obsolescence reserve analysis, and cost performance commentary.* Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory processes, including reserve calculations and scrap management support.* Support planning and forecasting cycles, including quarterly forecasting and updates to the operating plan based on actual results.* Partner with internal teams and external auditors to execute controls testing tied to Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and ensure adherence to global accounting policies.### **Basic qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree AND* Minimum of 5 years of progressive inventory and cost accounting experience AND* 1–2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis### ### **Preferred qualifications:*** CMA or CPA.* Ppublic accounting experience.* Experience with SAP, Sarbanes-Oxley controls, and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and lookups).The base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000.00 - $100,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
