The ideal candidate will be proficient in Power BI and experienced with data analytics tools such as Dataiku and Alteryx, with 5–8 years in financial data or cost analysis and a finance or accounting degree.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in a financial data and/or cost analyst role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Proven knowledge of ERP systems like JDE, SAP or similar.
• Proven technical skills to set up and leverage IT tools like Power BI, Dataiku, Alteryx, MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement inventory control elements to ensure cost accounting numbers are reported accurately, completely, and timely for internal manufacturing and product development sites in the US.
• Ensure consistency across all entities and collaborate with the corporate controlling team in New Jersey to ensure compliance with group policies.
• Monitor internal control results and report risk profiles and tactics to leadership to safeguard inventory assets.
• Support cost accounting and inventory cost absorption rates for operational work centers and precious metal types; update absorption as needed.
• Monitor aged work orders and work with on-site operations to resolve risk of obsolescence and identify areas for improvement.
