Job summary

RSC2 Incorporated in the Washington, DC area seeks a Senior Cost Analyst to join our growing team, supporting FEMA and related federal programs. Hybrid/remote eligible, with required availability to report to FEMA Headquarters in Washington, DC.

You will assist with cost estimates and modeling, review cost volumes and financial statements, support proposal analysis, and help establish negotiation objectives to ensure fair and reasonable pricing across acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of cost-analysis experience.
• BA/BS or equivalent educational credential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost estimates and cost modeling.
• Provide subject matter expertise regarding proposed approaches.
• Review cost volumes, technical approaches, and financial statements.
• Support cost-analysis to determine price fairness.
• Assist with proposal-analysis techniques for final pricing.
• Recommend analytical techniques based on acquisition complexity.
• Perform cost analysis to evaluate reasonableness of cost elements.
• Research and analyze previous procurements and current market values.
• Assist FEMA program offices with independent Government cost estimates.
