Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Puerto Rico seeks a Senior Cost Analyst to support J&J Surgical Vision operations in Añasco, reporting to the Site Controller as the Finance Partner for cost accounting and reporting. You will participate in business planning, forecasting, and validate cost savings while driving process improvements, costing models, and data quality to improve financial insight.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field.
Minimum of 5 years in finance, cost accounting or manufacturing-finance.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving and business-partnering capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead standard cost setting and maintain product costs, labor standards, rates and routings.
Analyze cost per unit and variances against budget, forecast and prior year.
Support financial close for inventory and manufacturing costs.
Develop costing assumptions for forecasts and business plans.
Provide costing insights and strengthen cost visibility site-wide.
