Job summary

Citadel CPM, based in Pasadena, CA, seeks an experienced Cost Analyst to safeguard budget accuracy and forecast integrity across multiple capital projects. You will collaborate with project and construction managers, draft baselines, and secure funding for major initiatives.

Candidates should have 5–10 years in program and/or project controls in construction, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Proliance or Deltek Costpoint to drive cost performance and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of cost controls experience on construction programs.
• Experience across full project lifecycle.
• Strong Excel and cost analysis skills.
• Ability to present data clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience with Proliance or Deltek Costpoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly EAC reviews and variance analysis.
• Manage ETC allocations and budget control.
• Support change management and risk assessment.
• Prepare and validate cost reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with project managers on funding and baselining.
• Ensure compliance with cost management policies.
