Roessel Joy is seeking a Cost Accountant for an established manufacturing client in Lawrence, MA. You will partner with department leaders, establish processes, manage month-end close, and support audits.

Responsibilities include standard cost setting, variance analysis, inventory valuation, ERP BOM and routing accuracy, and Excel-based costing models to drive cost control and visibility across the organization.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Standard cost setting and annual cost roll
• Monthly variance analysis to root cause
• Inventory valuation, perpetual-to-GL recs, cycle counts and physical inventory
• E&O reserve analysis
• BOM and routing accuracy in the ERP
• Month-end and quarter-end close for cost and inventory entries
• Excel costing models and variance dashboards
