Job summary

Allied Technologies and Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior Cost Analyst with advanced cost accounting and federal contracting experience in Frederick, MD. This role reports to the DCSRM within USAMRDC and requires on-site work with some telework flexibility.

Responsibilities include inputting data into GFEBS, generating management and cost reports, developing cost models, and answering inquiries from customers or Congress. A background in SAP BO, SharePoint, and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and/or two full years of progressively higher-level education in business or related field.
• At least two years of experience using an automated financial system such as GFEBS.
• Experience with federal budgeting, appropriations, and cost reporting preferred.
• Proven ability to implement federal concepts, policies, and budget principles.
• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) reporting and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Input transactional data into GFEBS including funds management and MIPR processing.
• Generate management and cost reports in GFEBS (funds, obligations, cost management).
• Review error reports and propose corrections in GFEBS interfaces.
• Develop cost accounting models to support pricing for direct and reimbursable work.
• Provide financial analysis for indirect costs, rate analyses, and dashboards.
• Analyze interagency agreements and determine per-customer consumption levels.
• Create ad hoc reports and train staff on GFEBS cost reporting.
• Respond to Congressional inquiries with detailed cost information.
