Job summary

Alliance North America (ANA) in Henderson, NV, is seeking a Senior Cost Accountant for an onsite role. You will design and lead ANA's cost accounting functions, including standard costing, inventory valuation, and margin analysis, working across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Service, and Finance.

The role requires hands-on ERP experience, and you will partner with multiple departments to build scalable processes, controls, and reporting for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing or distribution contexts.
• Experience designing or improving cost accounting systems and ERP-based costing.
• Hands-on ERP experience and ability to implement processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cost accounting system including standard costing and inventory valuation.
• Lead cost reporting and margin analysis for leadership.
• Coordinate month-end close related to inventory and COGS.
• Develop cost estimating tools for new and existing products.
