Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Cost Accountant in Leominster, MA for an onsite role with a fast-growing high-tech manufacturing company. The position focuses on cost control, job costing, and project accounting.

You will perform ASC 606 revenue recognition, analyze WIP and variances, and partner with operations on budgets and profitability. A Bachelor's in Accounting and manufacturing cost accounting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Manufacturing cost accounting experience.
• Background in job costing and project accounting.
• Experience with ASC 606 and percentage-of-completion accounting preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and manufacturing accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage job costing and project accounting for manufacturing programs.
• Perform percentage-of-completion revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Analyze WIP, labor utilization, project costs, and variances.
• Partner with operations on budgets, profitability, and performance.
• Support financial reporting, month-end close, and reconciliations.
