Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Senior Cost Accountant responsible for analyzing and maintaining product costs, inventory valuation, and manufacturing performance metrics, partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Finance leadership to improve profitability.

Key duties include standard costing, variances analysis, cycle counting, budgeting and forecasting, and developing financial models to support strategic decisions, with SAP S/4HANA and GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting.
• 5+ years cost accounting experience in a manufacturing facility preferred.
• Experience using SAP GUI (not Fiori) in a manufacturing environment; S/4HANA preferred.
• Working knowledge of standard costing, financial inventory controls and GAAP.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (Functions, Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas).
• Strong written and verbal communication with all levels of plant management.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and analyze standard costs, BOMs, routings, and product cost structures; update costs in SAP.
• Analyze labor, material, overhead, scrap, yield, and production variances; present findings to leadership.
• Monitor inventory valuation, support cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support monthly close, budgeting, forecasts, and long-range planning with financial models.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and partner on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop cost reporting dashboards and ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
