Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 5 years in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Deep knowledge of costing, inventory, and reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Advanced data analytics and systems proficiency (Excel, Tableau, ERP).

Responsabilidades

• Lead fixed assets, CIP, inventory and cost accounting processes.
• Track capital projects and CIP accounting with actuals and accruals.
• Support month-end close with journal entries and accruals.
• Maintain data integrity within Oracle ERP across processes.
• Oversee inventory accounting, cycle counts, and audit procedures.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations for key accounts.
• Ensure accuracy of standard costing and cost rollups.
• Strengthen internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and audit to drive improvements.
• Drive process improvements and automation to boost accuracy.
