Responsabilités

• Perform detailed job cost accounting for multiple concurrent heavy civil projects.
• Track labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor costs against budget.
• Prepare monthly cost-to-complete forecasts and over/under billing analysis.
• Review change orders, back charges, and lien waiver compliance.
• Reconcile CIP, retainage, and bonding reporting requirements.
