Qualifications

• 3+ years cost accounting in construction, especially heavy civil.
• Expert-level Vista Viewpoint or comparable project-cost software.
• Strong understanding of AIA billing and prevailing wage compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed job cost accounting for multiple concurrent heavy civil projects.
• Track labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor costs against budget.
• Prepare monthly cost-to-complete forecasts and over/under billing analysis.
• Review change orders, back charges, and lien waiver compliance.
• Reconcile CIP, retainage, and bonding reporting requirements.
• Heavy daily use of Vista Viewpoint or similar project-cost system.
