Job summary

INEOS Acetyls in Texas City is seeking a Site Accountant embedded in operations to partner with leadership and influence financial performance. You will be the go-to for runoff reporting and decision support, driving close coordination with site teams.

You will own site performance, forecasts, and budgets; lead month-end close in SAP and ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance; partner with Operations and Commercial teams to steer decisions and optimize financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or cost accounting helpful.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and GAAP; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own site financial performance, including actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
• Lead month-end close in SAP and ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance.
• Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to drive key business decisions.
• Analyze cost drivers, inventory, and production performance.
• Support cash flow forecasting, working capital, and financial modeling.
• Present insights and recommendations to site leadership.
