This role will play an important part in supporting cost accounting, inventory, month-end close, and financial analysis within a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA is preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong cost accounting and variance analysis experience.
• Experience with inventory accounting and month-end close.
• Ability to partner with operations and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

This role will play an important part in supporting cost accounting, inventory, month-end close, and financial analysis within a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment. The position will focus heavily on standard cost accounting, analyzing production costs, and monitoring material, labor, and overhead variances while partnering closely with operations and finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA preferred
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong experience with standard cost accounting and manufacturing cost analysis
• Experience analyzing material, labor, and overhead variances
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting and month-end close
• Experience partnering with operations and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site manufacturing environment
