Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related discipline required, commensurate experience preferred.
• 4-6 years' experience in cosmetic formulation and development required.
• Experience with regulatory requirements for cosmetic/personal care formulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, formulate, and reverse engineer skin, body, and hair care products.
• Develop manufacturing processes and scale-up formulations in the lab.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and records of experiments and results.
• Evaluate new products, chemistries, and competitor offerings for business opportunities.
• Support Product Development and Customer Service with technical calls to customers.
