ONEOK Services Company is seeking a field-based technician in the Morris, IL area to support installation, maintenance, and monitoring of corrosion control systems. The role involves environmental duties and may include DOT-related responsibilities, with remote work eligibility within the surrounding area.

You will perform cathodic protection testing, install and repair components, and generate comprehensive reports.

Qualifications

• Basic math operations and interpretation of test readings.
• Ability to interpret maps, drawings, and test results.
• Experience with field testing and environmental activities.
• Familiarity with DOT-related functions may be required.
• Knowledge of corrosion control principles and safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced support with installation, maintenance, and monitoring of corrosion control systems.
• Perform Non-Destructive Testing on facilities.
• Install, test, adjust, and repair rectifiers, anodes, and test points.
• Troubleshoot interference and foreign contact problems.
• Conduct soil resistivity surveys and other surveys.
• Inspect and maintain cathodic protection tools and equipment.
• Prepare reports including test readings, maps, diagrams, and job completion reports.
