Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. in Windom, KS is seeking a Corrosion Technician to support external corrosion control activities in Kansas and Northern Oklahoma, including coatings and cathodic protection. You will perform an advanced level of work on corrosion control systems and related testing.

Key duties include installation, testing, adjustment of rectifiers and test points, and routine reporting. 3-5 years of corrosion experience and familiarity with DOT-related safety requirements are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related work experience in corrosion control.
• Experience with company and governmental operating/security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced level of support with installation, maintenance, and monitoring of corrosion control systems.
• Non-Destructive Testing on facilities.
• Install, test, adjust, and/or repair rectifiers, anodes, and test points.
• Troubleshoot and repair interference/foreign contact problems.
• Perform continuity tests and soil resistivity surveys and other special surveys.
• Inspect, calibrate, maintain, and/or repair cathodic protection tools and equipment.
