Job summary

Corrpro Companies is seeking a Senior Corrosion Engineer for a remote role based anywhere in the United States. You will lead complex cathodic protection design for DoD projects, prepare designs and reports, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating installation and testing activities.

The position requires strong project management and English communication skills, with travel up to 40% and eligibility for US citizenship or passport/clearance as needed.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical, Chemical or Materials Engineering or related field preferred.
• CP3 certification required; CP4 certification preferred.
• PE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform complex cathodic protection design duties for DoD projects.
• Review data, objectives and methods; propose engineering approaches.
• Prepare designs, specifications and reports.
• Schedule activities for efficient resource use.
• Assign crews based on task complexity and capacity.
• Provide technical supervision and assistance to other divisions.
• Train and mentor junior engineers.
• Coordinate installation processes and testing.
• Direct field drawings and design modifications as needed.
• Oversee post-installation surveys and interference testing.
• Assist in cost estimation and detailed proposal development.
