A national engineering and environmental employee-owned consulting firm is seeking a Senior Corrosion Engineer to support cathodic protection (CP) programs across the United States. This role provides technical leadership, quality oversight, and project execution support for critical infrastructure assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and review cathodic protection assessments in compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct Close Interval Surveys (CIS) and External Corrosion Direct Assessment (ECDA) on buried pipelines.
- Troubleshoot CP systems and support minor repairs as needed.
- Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of corrosion engineering experience.
- NACE CP-3 required; CP-4 preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Experience with field survey equipment and CP system diagnostics.
- Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license required.
Skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
Salary range: Up to $155k base depending on experience. Additionally ESOP attached to the package.
