Enbridge seeks a Senior Corrosion Engineer for its Salt Lake City team to provide senior-level corrosion engineering expertise across pipelines and facilities in the Utah/Wyoming/Idaho region. You will independently solve complex corrosion challenges and lead corrosion-control initiatives to support safe, reliable operations.

You will mentor engineers, influence engineering standards, and oversee evaluations, designs, and compliance with DOT/PHMSA, ASME, and API standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• 6+ years of directly related engineering experience.
• PE designation eligible.
• AMPP/NACE certification preferred.
• Advanced understanding of pipeline engineering, corrosion and asset integrity principles, and relevant standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex corrosion engineering activities, including cathodic protection system design and optimization, technical studies, corrosion-control specifications, design reviews, field evaluations, and engineering assessments.
• Evaluate external and internal corrosion risks using surveys, coating assessments, examinations, and data to recommend mitigation strategies.
• Analyze AC/DC and stray-current interference, including light-rail interference, and develop monitoring, testing, and mitigation solutions.
• Provide senior technical expertise across corrosion monitoring, coatings, atmospheric corrosion, electrical isolation, bonding, grounding, rectifiers, anodes, test stations, and other equipment.
• Develop and interpret corrosion-control standards, specifications, and procedures while supporting projects, integrity assessments, regulatory compliance, and field issue resolution.
• Lead through technical influence by communicating recommendations to stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, mentoring engineers, and guiding risk-informed decisions.
