Job summary

Cogent Analytics is seeking an experienced Corrosion Manager to lead and grow the Corrosion/Cathodic Protection division across multiple states. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on field oversight of projects, safety protocols, and client satisfaction.

You will drive operations, supervise teams, set SOPs, monitor metrics, and ensure regulatory compliance. A strong background in CP systems and NACE/AMPP certifications is required; a valid driver's license and multi-state

Qualifications

• Experience in corrosion control, cathodic protection, or related industries.
• Leadership experience managing field operations and personnel.
• Strong knowledge of corrosion testing and CP systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Corrosion/CP division across multiple states.
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, field execution and efficiency.
• Develop and implement SOPs and best practices.
• Ensure projects and inspections are completed safely and on schedule.
• Monitor field productivity, quality control, and service metrics.
• Maintain company equipment, tools, and service vehicles.
