Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be current ODOC Correctional Sergeant employee
• DPSST certification required
• CJIS background check and eligibility required

Responsibilities

• Oversee custody, control, supervision, and daily care of adults in custody
• Lead staff and mentor subordinate personnel, potentially as Field Training Officer (FTO)
• Supervise AICs during movement assignments and monitor high-security areas
• Conduct security operations such as transports, searches, and emergency response
