Qualifications

• Must obtain DPSST Correctional Certificate OR a certified equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• United States Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custody, control, supervision, and daily care of adults in custody.
• Supervise an entire shift of security staff and assign duties as needed.
• Uphold department rules, procedures, and post orders; make operational decisions.
• Lead with integrity and guide staff toward rehabilitation and safety goals.
