Responsibilities

• Administers a health care unit and supervises medical staff to ensure service delivery.
• Coordinates the delivery of health care to inmates and liaises with health services and security.
• Manages budget, purchasing, and equipment for the clinic; ensures ACA standards.
• Reviews inmate medical conditions, records, and essential reports; conducts sanitation inspections.
• Leads studies on major inmate health problems and collaborates with external agencies.
