Qualifications

• Education equivalent to high school graduation and 5+ years of security experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Be willing to qualify with firearms and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Be a U.S. citizen with good moral character and pass a criminal history check.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and fitness/psych evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security staff and shift operations.
• Manage emergencies and inspections to ensure safety.
• Ensure compliance with state policies, ACA standards, and security procedures.
• Assign staff to posts and manage rosters to cover all critical posts.
• Prepare shift reports, after-action reports, daily logs, and population records.
• Communicate daily activities to supervisors and subordinates.
