Qualifications

• Minimum five years in customer service with travel/hospitality a plus.
• Strong time-management and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Research and book travel arrangements including air, hotel and ground transportation for company employees.
• Verify and complete travel changes as they arise.
• Maintain records related to company travel and assist with invoicing.
• Communicate with agencies and vendors and provide excellent customer service.
