Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to mentor a team of recruiters and own full life cycle recruiting for critical corporate roles to support our growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field.
• 10+ years in recruiting and sourcing top talent.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence hiring leaders, candidates and partners at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex recruitment assignments for our corporate positions and provide guidance to the recruiting team.
• Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract quality active and passive candidates.
• Work with hiring managers and HR partners to align on talent needs and qualifications to prepare a recruitment plan.
