You will arrange domestic and international travel for corporate customers, use Sabre GDS, ensure policy compliance, and provide exceptional service. The role values integrity, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers.
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options and anticipate traveler needs.
• Arrange and book domestic and international travel across air, road, rail, and accommodations.
• Use Sabre GDS to book travel and options.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulatory requirements.
• Use positive telephone service techniques and handle special requests.
• Collaborate with the team to coach, mentor, and provide feedback to improve service levels.
