Job summary

A law firm in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Senior Business Advisory and Transactional Attorney for its Corporate Transactions and Governance team. You will serve as day-to-day counsel on governance, ownership, and transactional matters, including entity formation and deal structuring.

The role requires JD and Florida Bar membership, 5+ years in business transactions or M&A, and a track record drafting reliable documents and managing complex deal processes.

Qualifications

• JD required and active Florida Bar membership.

• Experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements.

Responsibilities
