Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Corporate Associate for a midsize regional law firm in Jacksonville, FL. You will form, structure, and oversee LLCs, partnerships, and corporations in housing and commercial real estate deals, drafting operating agreements and governance documents, and guiding closings.

Must-have: 3–8 years of corporate/transactional experience, active law license in the Southeast, hands-on LLC formation and governance experience, and strong independent drafting and deal-management abilities.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of corporate/transactional experience.
• Active law license in the Southeast.
• Hands-on LLC formation and entity governance experience.
• Advanced tax or corporate-tax background is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Form, structure, and maintain corporate entities under housing and commercial real estate deals.
• Draft operating agreements and governance documents.
• Structure joint ventures and syndications; run entity-level diligence on acquisitions and financings.
• Coordinate multi-jurisdiction filings and ensure clean closings on the entity side.
