Responsibilities

• Serve as on-call counsel to business clients with fast-turn contract reviews.
• Handle regulatory compliance and licensing across regulated industries.
• Respond to agency investigations, audits, and OSHA considerations.
• Advise on employment matters including policies and agreements.
• Protect brand via trademark and copyright work and manage client relationships.
