Job summary

Arrive Logistics is seeking a Senior Corporate Tax Analyst to lead federal, multi-state corporate tax compliance, ASC 740 provisioning, and strategic tax planning in a fast‑growing finance environment.

You will collaborate across Accounting, Legal, Treasury, and leadership while expanding automation in tax processes and ERP systems. Austin, TX offers a dynamic, collaborative culture with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation, or equivalent experience; MST/MAcc is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead preparation/review of federal, multi-state, and local corporate tax returns and payments.
Manage ASC 740 income tax provision calculations and disclosures.
Reconcile tax GL accounts and align with controls and reporting standards.
Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, Treasury, and Exec leadership on tax planning.
Coordinate indirect tax filings across jurisdictions (sales/use, property, taxes).
Monitor tax legislation and advise leadership on impact.
Support audits with IDR responses and document collection.
Drive tax tech automation and data integrity in ERP and spreadsheets.
