Leoforce seeks a Corporate Tax Manager in Tampa, FL to own the tax function for a senior living organization. You will be the tax expert to leadership, helping shape strategy as the company grows.

Responsibilities include managing federal/state/local taxes, returns (1065/1120/1120-S), multi-state filings, and tax provisions with outside advisors. CPA or EA required; 5+ years in tax is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting and/or in-house corporate tax.
• Experience with partnership and corporate returns and multi-state filings.
• Experience managing outside tax advisors or leading a small team.
• CPA or EA required.
• Nice to have senior living, healthcare, real estate, or multi-site industry exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Own federal, state, and local tax compliance across the organization's entities.
• Prepare or review entity returns (1065, 1120, 1120-S) and manage outside advisors.
• Manage multi-state filings, property tax, and sales & use tax obligations.
• Lead tax provisions, estimates, and planning to minimize liability.
• Advise leadership on tax impact of acquisitions, new communities, and entity structure.
• Maintain tax calendars, documentation, and audit readiness; respond to notices.
• Collaborate with accounting on month-end and year-end reporting.
