UHY Advisors' Resource Solutions Group seeks experienced Corporate Tax Consultants for project-based and interim engagements in Miami and across Florida, focusing on ASC 740 provision, tax compliance, reporting, and process improvement.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of corporate income tax experience with large-company exposure, strong US GAAP knowledge, and hands-on use of ONESOURCE, Corptax, and ERP tools. This role collaborates with controllership, auditors, and tax leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of corporate income tax experience with ASC 740 provision and federal/state compliance.
• Experience with large publicly traded companies or private-equity portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP income tax accounting, including deferred taxes and tax provision documentation.
• Experience with tax platforms and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support ASC 740 income tax provisions.
• Manage federal and state corporate income tax compliance.
• Reconcile tax accounts and maintain schedules and rollforwards.
• Support public-company tax reporting and SEC-related work.
• Research complex federal/state tax matters and communicate conclusions.
• Collaborate with controllership, tax advisors, auditors, and teams.
• Assist with tax process improvements and data flows.
