Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review work papers, calculations and forms.
• Review Federal/state income tax returns, including consolidated filings.
• Analyze FASB 109/ASC 740 and FIN 48 implications.
• Communicate with internal/external clients and auditors.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
